A Gift for a wonderful Girl!!!

A scrapbook of All About Me....with her very own camera. I showed her how to use it, she took a pic of me, and I'm going to get them developed for her when she uses them all up!

A Hat & Scarf just for her....when I saw this on her it was TOOO cute! Love this pattern, thanks Cindy for mentioning it to me!!!

I was able to give my little tutor person her gift today. She was thrilled to have a camera of her own and a scrapbook she could work on. The best gift though was the one I made for her. Before she opened it, I told her I made this just for her! She opened it, put it on, and said I've always wanted a hat like this one!!! I almost cried right there! She looked too cute in it. I was even able to visit with her teacher today...and brought her cookies too! It was wonderful to be able to brighten her day with a handmade gift! I love that little girl!!!

A week of Christmas Lunches!!!

Mom and I hosted 2 great luncheons this week. On Tuesday we celebrated Christmas with our Bible Study Ladies. We have finally finished the study of Daniel...and we all learned so much! This is a wonderful group of ladies. Mom fixed us a Baked Potato Bar and it was wonderful!!!

This past Saturday Luke and I were able to give Lily her Christmas present. At first she didn't know what to do with the packages. We were all finally able to get her to open one....after she realized it made noises! We started out in the living room, but she loves our scrapbook room. I think it's the flowers on the walls....oh and the Christmas tree! She seems to love her stroller and new baby bear! I love my Lily for sure!!!

Garvan Gardens

On Saturday night Luke and I went with Randy and Ann to Garvan Gardens. It's turned out to be our Christmas tradition. I think Ann and I left Luke and Randy several times....we were talking and walking fast! They had some new lights as well as some old. We ended the night with a great supper (well for us....Ann & Randy had ordering issues...haha) at On the Border.
