Happy 1st Birthday Kingston!!!

We went to Mom and Dad's yesterday to celebrate Kingston's first birthday.  Mom fixed a spread for the birthday party.  We had Sloppy Joe's, Orange Fluff, Cheese Dip and Chips, baked beans, potato salad, and birthday cake.  Kingston loved the frog I knitted him. He just grabbed it and put it up to his face and grinned.  When it came time for the cake...he knew exactly what to do.  He dug right in...and ate the whole thing!!!  I helped get him undressed so Chris could give him a shower.  It was a fun first birthday!

Cadron Creek Orchard with Lily & Christylee

Going to a peach orchard seems to be an annual thing for Christylee and me.  This time, we tried a new orchard.  We tried to get out early-before it was too hot, but even at early- it was too hot!  We picked a load of peaches and a load of apples.  Lily loved picking the rotten ones!  After picking we stopped and ate at Wendy's for lunch.  It was a fun day!

Luke and I wanted to do something special for all those that helped us move....twice!!!  We had a BBQ here at the house.  We fixed burgers, dogs, all the fixings, pasta salad, orange fluff, deviled eggs, and an ice cream cake.  We ate like pigs!!!  It wasn't too hot so most everyone sat outside by the grill.  There were a ton of leftovers- thank God you can freeze burgers and beans!

 Our laundry room/office.  The washer and dryer are on the other wall.  This works out perfect for us- and turned a useless space into something useful!

 Our Master Bedroom.  Mom and Dad bought us new bedding.  I used my old wall decor and spray painted it.  I had a blast.

I've been a horrible blogger lately- but we've just been so stinkin' busy!  Moving is hard work- I've decided.  Here are the new pictures of our house.  We are all moved in!  Luke and I are just amazed at how perfectly this house is for us.  The more we're here, the more we notice it.  The Lord has truly blessed us for sure!
