This recipe came from Terri England and is in the church cookbook. Our friend Reed brought this one night to church and it smelled SO good. We tried it last night and loved it. Terri is the lady in the TK that takes care of all the children. She is super sweet and very talented with children. We really appreciate her hard work!!!!
Easy Philly Cheese Steak
1/2 lb. roast beef deli meat (I had the Walmart lady cut it on a 3)
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
2 tsp. garlic minced
1 tsp. oregano
Black Pepper
2 cans of Pizza Dough
Sprinkle Cheese
Saute onion and bell pepper in 2 T. of butter. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle. Add the onions and bell peppers. Place deli meat on top (I used 3 slices per pizza roll). Add your cheese and sprinkle LITTLE oregano and black pepper on the top. Roll over and pinch ends together. Place on a pizza pan. Repeat with the other can of pizza dough. Brush with an egg wash and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
*** I would do just 1 can the next time. It was so much for Luke and I to eat. It was very tasty and would be great for parties!

Your momma says....I thought it was really good. So many possibilities too for this....you could make it with chicken or left over roast pork...how about doing something Mexican with it? It was good and I will be serving this at our TECHINAL party after The Kingdom! Love, your momma
