My friend Ann and I have been walking together now for over a week. I really enjoy the time I get to spend with her. She is so sweet and kind. Her husband Randy umpires ball games at Tyndall Park so we always make a stop to say hi! She's having surgery tomorrow so that will stop our walking for a short while.
Luke and I decided to walk the Sunset Lake here in Benton. It's basically a lake by a trailor park, but it's pretty none the less. There were Geese here the last time Ann and I walked. They walked in a line in front of us with their 5 babies and neither one of us had a camera! So, today I made sure I had a camera. Luke was amazed at how many Geese were on the trail. We even saw a bunny as well as many pretty flowers. I think we walked about 3 1/2 miles! I feel wonderful...and I am even starting to get a tan line!!! This is a big deal for someone who has been the spokesperson for "Pale Kids of America"!!!

Those geese pictures are wonderful! It's amazing how God, sometimes, lets us really get to enjoy wild critter up close like that. I'm always grateful for those little "unexpected" blessings. Getting a tan line is great! You may be the spokesperson for the Pale Kids of American but "Miss Patricia" and I are the founders! LOL LOL
I might actually go walking if I had a pretty place like this! How nice. If it wasn't for my San Diego sunburn and my Jergens w/ sunless tanner in it, I would be VP of Pale Kids of America!!
That place looks so peaceful! It's really nice to enjoy the scenery while getting some fresh air!
