This Saturday Mom and I attended the ScrapPink Crop my friend Sheila hosted. It was wonderful! We had a delicious lunch of BBQ and we even had Moe's for dinner. We were able to get about 10 hours of cropping in. Mom completed 23 pages!!! The ladies we sat across from were very nice and friendly too. They had an IPod for one of the raffle tickets. I really, REALLY wanted that IPod. I'm not sure how much Mom and I put into the pot, but Mom won it!!! Of course, she gave it to me. I'm thrilled. I have already taken it for a walk this morning sporting my IPod and my new pink arm bank and it was so much better than carrying my CD player. Thanks Mom! We had such a good time!

My first crop.....it was a blast! The 2 gals that sat across from us were really nice and made the day so much fun! I really REALLY wanted you to have that iPod. I remember one time Nolan Richardson, the former Razorback BB Coach, said that praying to God to win a game put God in an unfair position. Two coaches praying for the same thing.....well, that always stuck with me! But, I DID pray really hard all day long that you WOULD win it! I guess no one else was praying to win it! I am so thrilled that it's cool with you that I do scrapping with you. I love you Mel!!!!!
Wow - 10 hours of scrapbooking! That's amazing. Congrats on the ipod. What a wonderful prize and i really like the pink. It's nice that someone won it who really wanted it. It seems like the people who usually win stuff like that have 2 more at home!
