Happy Birthday Dad!
Tomorrow is Dad's birthday. We celebrated a little early today. Mom fixed a huge spread for lunch. We had Pork Roast, Hash Brown Casserole, Creamed Corn, Baked Beans, Fresh Bread, Fruit Salad, Spinach Dip, Sausage Pinwheels, and Cinnamon Rolls. It was SO good and we were SO stuffed! Dad celebrated his birthday with a Coconut Cream Pie. We even took some goofy pics with olives...well Mom did at least! There were some others with her and Luke, but I couldn't get my camera out fast enough! Oh well. Happy Birthday Dad!

OK, the menu sounded great! I must say, though, that I made your Laura's Casserole and my gang really liked it! That's no small feat at my house.
